Synopsis
Neri, the hand-maid of Fricka, Queen of Asgard, passes Heimdall the
guardian of the Rainbow Bridge that connects Asgard with Midgard
(Earth). As he challenges her to identify himself, he remarks that she
might be Loki trying to sneak past him. From nearby, Loki watches,
chained to a tree by Odin, and snarls that he will yet get vengeance on Thor.
On Earth, as nurse Jane Foster leaves Dr Blake’s office for an
errand, she passes a wounded jewel thief and his two partners. They
enter Blake’s office and demand treatment. Distracting them, Blake taps
his cane and transforms into Thor. Strapping the criminals to an
operating table with surgical tape, he attaches it to his magic hammer
and “throws” the criminals to the police station. He returns to the
form of Blake just as Jane returns to the office.
One week later, Thor is helping with the filming of a Viking
movie. He pretends to defeat a sea serpent while conjuring up a
thunderstorm. Loki, watching from Asgard, uses his magic to
magnetically attract Thor’s flying hammer to his uru chains, breaking
them and setting him free.
Thor turns to Odin for help in finding his hammer. Transported to
Asgard, Thor sets off in search of his hammer. When Loki uses his magic
to attack Thor with giant trees, Thor makes a wooden hammer and fights
them back. Next Loki sends a dragon against Thor. The Thunder God uses
his finger to etch an imitation of his hammer from a nearby stone and
drives back the dragon.
Realizing that the stone from which he made his imitation hammer
is uru, the same magical metal used to forge the original, Thor throws
the hammer. He hopes the same magnetic forces which drew his real
hammer will also draw the imitation. He follows the flying hammer to his
own Magic Hammer, laying in the fragments of Loki’s chains.
Informed by Thor of Loki’s escape, Loki is quickly recaptured by Odin, Heimdall and Fricka.
Back on Earth, Dr Blake prepares to use a rubber hammer on a
patient’s knee. As Jane assures the patient Dr Blake is skilled with
using a mallet, Blake thinks to himself that she does not know the half
of it.

Synopsis
Dr. Donald Blake has traveled to India to lend his medical expertise
in a war torn region of the country. When the area he is in is bombarded
with missile attacks, Blake runs for cover and changes into Thor to
deal with the threat. Thor makes short work of the Chinese invaders,
destroying their missiles and and smashing up their tanks. With the
humanitarian effort’s vehicles destroyed in the attack, Thor rigs the
enemy tanks for their use to get their patients out of the region. Thor
then goes back and forces the Chinese army back with a raging thunder
storm.
When word of Thor’s involvement reaches the Communist Chinese
leaders in Peking China, they demand from their scientists to come up
with a means to stop the Thunder God. Scientist Chen Lu steps up and
offers his expertise in radiation to come up with a means of destroying
Thor and crushing the United States and other Democracies. Retiring to
his private lab, Lu begins experimenting with bombarding himself with
various doses of radiation and soon is transformed into the a
radioactive power-house and rechristens himself the Radioactive Man. He
then appears before his superiors who decide to secret him into America
to attack the United States.
Smuggled into US waters by submarine, the Radioactive Man is
launched by specially prepared torpedo into New York, where he begins
his attack on the people there. He proves too powerful for local law
enforcement and announces his challenge to Thor. The Thunder God however
is stuck in surgery in his civilian guise of Donald Blake and has to
finish an operation before he can act in his Godly identity.
Thor’s powers prove ineffectual against the Radioactive Man, who
uses his powers to hypnotize Thor. He then commands the Thunder God to
throw his hammer away, and is furious when Thor throws it away really
far. Seeking out the hammer for his own possession, the Radioactive Man
leaves the hypnotized Thor unattended that he is not around to see him
revert back into Donald Blake after the 60 second time limit runs out.
Like in the past, when Thor reverts back to Blake, any hypnosis he was
under is broken. When the Radioactive Man returns, Don manages to send
him off on a wild goose chase.
Returning to his office, Blake builds a device that allows him to
track the location of his hammer, and finds that it has landed at the
bottom of the Hudson River. Recovering his hammer, Blake transforms into
Thor once more and tracks down the Radioactive Man. Catching his foe
off guard, Thor creates a tornado that flings the Radioactive Man back
to China where he crashes in the remote mountains and is seemingly
destroyed in a nuclear explosion.

Synopsis
When a US missile base in the Pacific launches a test missile, it
goes out of control. When the self destruct will not work, the General
decides to broadcast a emergency call for Thor. In his office, Dr Don Blake hears the broadcast, and taps his cane, transforming into the might Thor.
As he rockets from his office, the god of mischief, Loki, watches
from Asgard where he is bound with uru chains. It is he who magically
caused the missile to go off course. When Thor throws his hammer to
destroy the missile, Loki cast a second spell which makes an illusion of
a dragon appear behind Thor. Distracted for a moment by the illusion,
Thor turns his head and is struck by his own returning hammer.
Momentarily stunned, Loki is able to take mental control of Thor, and
brings him to Asgard. After assaulting Heimdall on the Rainbow Bridge,
Thor frees Loki from his chains.
Alerted by Heimdall, Odin arrives and confronts Thor, who strikes
his father forcing him back. Loki informs Odin that he intends to take
over the throne of Asgard, and returns to earth with Thor to make
mischief until Odin surrenders the throne. As the two depart, Odin
ponders what could have caused the change in Thor.
Arriving on earth, Loki has Thor create thunderstorms and
earthquakes. Thor destroys such monuments as the Taj Mahal, Eiffel
Tower, pyramids, Golden Gate Bridge and Leaning Tower of Pisa. Meanwhile
Loki through his magic creates a sea serpent, animated the Sphinx and
the Empire State Building, and awakens prehistoric behemoths in museums.
Thor and Loki are finally approached by a UN delegation that ask
why they are destroying everything. Thor and Loki accompany them back
to the UN building, where Thor uses his hammer to destroy the emblem of
the UN. But before his hammer can return to him, a trap door opens
under Thor, and he falls through. His hammer hovers for a moment over
the opening, and then falls onto the back of Thor’s head. The second
blow frees Thor from Loki’s control. It is then that the UN delegation
reveals that they are actually Odin and other Asgardian gods in
disguise. Throwing his hammer, Thor stuns Loki and he is returned to his
chains in Asgard.
