Continua l’ indecente e osceno sandwich fumettistico a tre strati con il saporito e fragrante Spiderman spalmato in mezzo tra il molle, stracchinoso e dietetico NIGHTCRAWLER degli X-Men (detto confidenzialmente il LOMBRICO) ed il più sostanzioso, corposo e proteico PUNITORE. L’ indegna gazzarra iniziale tra i tre ha luogo attorno alla celebre funivia di Roosevelt Island, che i newyorchesi chiamano affettuosamente “tramway”.
contiene inoltre : IRON-MAN e DEVIL (con piccolo cameo dell’ Uomo ragno nelle vesti borghesi di Peter Parker)

Synopsis
The Punisher has both Spider-Man and Nightcrawler in his sights, believing one of them is responsible for framing him for a bunch of sniper murders in the city.
When the two heroes battle the Punisher, all learn that the killer is someone else entirely when they’re attacked by the real sniper. Nightcrawler teleports away, and the Punisher and Spider-Man agree to work together to find out who the killer is.
The next day, Peter is at ESU with Harry when he sees Mary Jane out with Flash Thompson. She is purposely making time with Flash because Peter keeps on running out on their dates.
J. Jonah Jameson also makes a trip to ESU, there he meets with Dr. Marla Madison, he offers her an opportunity to put her scientific know-how to trying to destroy Spider-Man.
The night, Spider-Man meets up with the Punisher and the two track down the mystery sniper framing the Punisher to a block party in an affluent neighborhood.
There they learn that the shooter is a man named Jigsaw, who was horribly scarred by the Punisher in the past and was framing him in order to get revenge.
Spider-Man and the Punisher tangle with Jigsaw’s men, and get an assist from Nightcrawler, who had also tracked down Jigsaw’s location.
Making short work of Jigsaw’s men, the three heroes manage to stop Jigsaw and incapacitate him.
With Jigsaw defeated, Nightcrawler and Punisher suddenly depart, and upon consideration Spider-Man decides to put in a vanishing act himself leaving Jigsaw to the authorities.

Synopsis
Iron Man and Jasper Sitwell return to Stark International to find it on fire. A security guard tells them it was the Guardsman. Iron Man goes on the hunt and is attacked by Guardsman. Iron Man tries to fight him off, but he suffers another heart attack and collapses. In Washington DC. Senator Hawk has grown tired of waiting for Stark to arrive, and he and his assistant decide to have a subpoena issued. Iron Man crawls into his private lab and recharges, relieving the pressure on his heart. Guardsman returns to Krissy, who asks him why he’s doing this. O’Brien tells a skewed version of his brother’s story, claiming Stark corrupted his brother’s mind and killed him, but becomes enraged when she tries to make sense of his story and storms off. In his absence, Krissy frees herself from her bonds. Recharged, Stark repairs his damaged armor and approaches the Guardsman. As they fight Iron Man tells O’Brien what really happened with his brother, making him realize the armor is driving him insane. Guardsman collapses and Iron Man vows to help O’Brien, stating that he’s not evil, just sick.
