Quando creò tutti questi personaggi strampalati con caratteristiche improbabili e frequenti protagonisti di situazioni assurde o addirittura inverosimili , Stan Lee era abbastanza consapevole dei danni impressionanti ed irreversibili che avrebbe causato in svariate generazioni di lettori, ma non poteva immaginare che la nefasta influenza della sua insana dottrina si sarebbe col tempo spinta talmente oltre da essere foriera di siffatte e palesi sciagure fino al tracollo e al collasso completo del sistema di culturale occidentale.
Anche qui da noi in Italia il bilancio dei danni è ancora appena provvisorio e incalcolabile : secondo i dati dell’ Istat, ancora oggi i Fantastic Four sono il gruppo di quadrumani più noto, famoso ed imitato, molto più del Quartetto Cetra, dei 4+4 di nora orlandi, dei quattro cani per strada, dei quattro dell’ oca selvaggia, dei quattro spose per sette fratelli, dei quattro + quaranta gatti, dei tre moschettieri che in realtà sono poi quattro, dei quattro allegri ragazzi morti e di aldo giovanni e giacomo.

Synopsis
While the FF deal with some troubles with the Fantasti-Car, Dr. Doom is rescued from deep space by the time-traveling Rama-Tut.
Conversing, they somehow illogically theorize that Rama-Tut is perhaps a future version of Dr. Doom. Inspired all the same, Rama-Tut returns Doom to Earth while the ersatz pharaoh resumes his wanderings.
Back on Earth, Doom reaches the Latverian embassy and begins formulating a trap.
With the FF unaware that Doom is really the ruler of Latveria, he invites them to a party, putting a drug in their drinks to make them see illusions.
He tricks each of them into thinking they’re being attacked by the others, before they eventually realize his machinations.
Regrouping, the team battles at their headquarters.
Reed offers Doom a chance to destroy him, providing Victor can use a mentally-powered weapon against Richards before Reed can do likewise. As the contest begins, Reed offers Doom one last drink.
Engaging the device, Doom believes he destroys Richards and departs the Baxter Building triumphantly.
However, Reed has given Doom a taste of his own medicine, by drugging him with his own hallucinogen.
Notes
- The events in this story take place between Fantastic Four # 30 and 31 (in Italy in F4C # 24 and 25).
- Doctor Doom was lost in space following his defeat at the hands of the Fantastic Four in Fantastic Four #23 (in Italy in F4C # 18)
- Rama-Tut appears here following his defeat at the hands of the Fantastic Four in Fantastic Four #19 (in Italy in F4C # 14). It was later revealed that the time storm that prevented Rama-Tut from returning home was caused by Immortus, his future self, as revealed in Avengers #269 (in Italy in CAPST # 55). This was done to assure that Rama-Tut would eventually become Immortus.
- Rama-Tut’s assertion that he and Doctor Doom may be the same man from different points in history does not match the established origin of Rama-Tut in Fantastic Four #19 (in Italy in F4C # 14). This was later revealed as an early deception by Rama-Tut to manipulate Doctor Doom as explained in Avengers: Forever #8 (in Italy in THP # 11). Although they may be related as What If? Vol 2 #39 (unpublished in Italy) states that Tut may have a common ancestor of either Reed Richards or Doctor Doom.
- This encounter with Doctor Doom later inspired Rama-Tut to become the Scarlet Centurion as seen in Avengers Annual #2 (in Italy in THC # 70). He became Kang later still as seen in Avengers #8 (in Italy in THC # 16).
- Doom was tricked into believing that he had killed Reed Richards, however the deception was revealed to him in Fantastic Four #39 (in Italy in F4C # 34).

Synopsis
Tracing the origins of Dr. Doom, we are told the tale of young Victor von Doom who’s father failed to heal the monarch of Latervia’s ailing wife and was sentenced to death.
However escaping the army come to sentance him, von Doom’s father dies of exposure.
Vowing revenge Victory emerses himself in his mothers gypsy magic as well as learning all he can about science. Pitting both skills against those who would attack his people. Accepting a scholarship to State University, von Doom meets Reed Richards and considers him a rival from the start when Richards points out flaws in his experiement to contact the afterlife.
The experiment explodes in Doom’s face, literally. Scarred he is expelled from school and flees to Tibet where is put under the care of the monks who live in a monistary there.
Creating his armor, Doom puts on the mask before it has a chance to cool scaring his face even more.
Doom would then leave the monistary and begin his career as Dr. Doom, eventually taking control of the kingdom of Latveria.

Synopsis
After a training session ends with the Torch complaining about Mr. Fantastic being leader of the FF, he and the Thing are invited to a charity auto race.
While on the route, the two heroes are captured by a mysterious villain who manages to keep the two heroes on their toes.
Admitting defeat, the Torch and Thing realize that they’ve been fighting Mr. Fantastic in disguise who set up the whole ruse to teach them a lesson about his leadership of the group.
nell’ episodio che segue, il PRINCIPE NAMOR SUB-MARINER , dopo averlo già fatto pochi mesi prima con gli X-MEN, sveste per la seconda volta nella silver age i panni di villano cattivo e bastardo stringendo finalmente alleanza con i F4 che adesso fiancheggia con sostegno disponibile, collaborativo e propositivo

Synopsis
After examining a strange aquatic creature given to Reed by the Coast Guard, Johnny arrives with Lady Dorma, who has come asking the FF’s help to protect Atlantis from Attuma a rogue Atlantian Warrior who is trying to usurp Namor’s rule.
Traveling to Atlantis, the FF battle Attuma’s forces.
